I know why she's so sad! No one has autographed her cast! Get on it, Jean Knee! Once you have a whole bunch of people sign it, she'll perk up right away, I bet. Nothing makes you feel good about having broken limbs like having graffiti scrawled all over the cast.
(Maybe don't let any cats or ice cream men sign, though.)
This really is the saddest little animal picture I have ever seen. Maybe you could sell it for millions to Peta or something so that they could use it in an abused animal add and you could pay for Penny's medical bills. Gosh..If I actually enjoyed petting animals, I would want to give her a hug. But I don't so please send her my regards.

That just makes me cry. My youngest asked me the other day, "Why do people hurt pets?" I couldn't give her an answer that was reassuring.
