It goes fast. One day you hold your baby in your arms and the next she's almost a tween. I tried not to blink but I did and so here we are. Almost a tween. What makes me think this? Check out what I found on her door.
And just look at that spelling. I'm so proud. : )

FIRST!!
AWWW SO CUTE!
It looks like the sign I made when I was 15. She's already waaaaay ahead of me! :o)
You're in trouble now!
(wonder what she's hiding?)
So did you obey the sign and nock first?
of course I knocked
I mean nocked
That is a sure sign of trouble brewing behind those doors. That sign is a keeper though and just seems to be the feeling they keep until they move out. (which I am YET to experience:)
My 20 year old still has a similar sign on his door although his stinky room is enough to keep me from entering!
You need to charge her rent !
Signs now---locks when she is a teen.
Hey at least you are smiling!
Mama mia, here I go again...
etc.
The spelling is the best! What I think it really means is that she feels so close to you she needs to start experimenting with a little separation. My twin daughters (now almost 28)stayed close to me but needed more and more of their own space as they grew up. We're still close even though they live in CA and I live in MN.
HEY!!!
That's cute.
Maybe she has a secret laboratory behind her door and she doesn't want you to find it.
We approve!
WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
I love how she spelled "ceep" - that's my favorite
YAY!!
Knock 3 times on the ceiling if you want me. Twice on the pipes, means the answer is no.
If my older kids tried that I'd have to make some signs of my own.
Food-1.00/lb.
Bed-1.00/night
Clothes-1.00/day
Chauffeuring Service-1.00/day
I was inspired by the dollar store pricing. Can you tell??!? I'm not totally cruel. I won't charge them tax.
LOL...I see my future in your sign. I like how happy you are in the drawing...happy to be banned, yes Jean Knee?
That is SO funny...
